Industrious Asset Management Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dunedin Property a private property company with over 10 years experience in owning and managing commercial property throughout the UK.

Since the end of 2005 Dunedin Property has been acquiring industrial property to create a large portfolio with sufficient critical mass to create a national presence. This was achieved in May 2006 with the purchase of a £460 million portfolio; and with this came the brand name “Industrious” which has a long standing reputation as an owner of industrial property predominantly in the Midlands.

All this property has now been combined and the Industrious brand re-launched in this new contemporary format with a new business philosophy

To own industrial estates that are ideal for SME’s - our average size industrial unit is 2,500 sq ft although they range from 500 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft.
Provide a range of simple leasing products so that customers can take occupation quickly on terms that suit them.
Manage the estates to provide a quality environment and effective support when it's needed from four regional offices in Birmingham, Edinburgh, London and Manchester.

With total assets now at £700 million this portfolio will now grow to £1,000 million by more key acquisitions to ensure that Industrious remains the leading provider of industrial estates for small and medium sized businesses throughout the UK.
