Leases

All of our letting is co-ordinated by our Central Leasing Team based in Birmingham, who work with a range of local letting agents to ensure that we can quickly provide you with the space you need at a market rent, on a range of lease types.

We currently offer three lease types:

  1. 5 year lease - a modern commercial lease which sets out your terms of occupation for a market rent, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of your own unit and a contribution towards the upkeep of the estate environment.
  2. 3 year lease - as above but for a shorter term.
  3. Flexilet - this is an "easy in - easy out" licence where you pay one inclusive rent to cover all landlord's outgoings ie service charge, building insurance, dilapidations and external decoration (other than wilfull damage). This agreement can be determined after a minimum period of 15 months.
