Our team is dynamic and pragmatic and our hands on approach to property have secured long term clients who are committed to their occupation of Industrious premises. Our Property Managers deal with technical queries relating to your commercial property. They’ll help if you want to alter the property or have any queries relating to service charges, insurance, or rent payments.
The Industrious Facilities Managers handle any issues concerning the maintenance of the estates to ensure they are tidy, aesthetically pleasing and that the contractors provide value for money and operate efficiently. They also ensure that our estates comply within Health and Safety guidelines.
About service charges
The Industrious service is compliant with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Code of Service Charge Practice. The process is transparent and honest. Service charges respond to the overall market conditions and Industrious are always conscious of the need to keep occupational costs down. It is company policy to reduce our charges wherever possible.
Which is the right lease for you?
A lease is a legally- binding agreement between Industrious and each client, giving the landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities towards the property. Every client has unique prerequisites and Industrious will deliver the property they want, the flexibility they require, and the terms they can afford.
Our central Leasing Centre in Birmingham works with local letting agents to identify the appropriate lease for your business and your personal needs.
