Our team operates from 3 offices in Birmingham, Edinburgh and London and Industrious have an extensive portfolio of leasing some 1250 units in 85 locations across the country. We have significant concentrations in Greater Manchester, South East., South Yorkshire and the The West Midlands
Most of our properties are warehouses which can be used as workshops, industrial units, distribution units, trade counters and a host of other uses. If you are unsure as to whether your proposed use is acceptable to us or indeed requires planning consent, please call us to discuss.
