Industrious are a commercial property company operating from offices in Birmingham, Edinburgh and London. Industrious leases some 1250 units in 85 locations throughout the country. Our portfolio of industrial property amounts to more than seven million sq ft of warehouse space, industrial and commercial units. We work tirelessly to secure our clients with all of their property requirements.
Space and support for smaller businesses
The Industrious business offer includes everything our clients need. Our tenants range from multinational cooperations to small and medium sized enterprises but whatever business you operate, we can find the right property and agree a suitable leasing package. After this we’ll move you in. Our management services offer post-occupation support, and special incentives that help reduce property outgoings – a key consideration in these uncertain economic times.
