Our target market is small and medium enterprises (SME’s). Our average unit size is 2,500 sq ft, although units can range from 500 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft.
We pride ourselves on being straightforward and easy to deal with. Our belief is that we should keep the leasing process as quick and simple as possible.
Our management team are always available. We are pro-active in our approach preventing future issues by implementing good estate management today.
The portfolio is managed by Industrious Asset Management Limited. Our experienced team operates from 3 offices in London, Edinburgh and Solihull.
