Our team operates from 3 offices in Edinburgh, London and Solihull and Industrious have an extensive portfolio of leasing some 1500 units in 120 locations across the country. We have significant concentrations in Greater Manchester, South East., South Yorkshire and the West Midlands
Most of our properties are warehouses which can be used as workshops, industrial units, distribution units, trade counters and a range of other uses. If you are unsure as to whether your proposed use is acceptable to us or indeed request planning consent, please call us to discuss.
We also have office accommodation in a more limited number of locations, ie, Croydon, Ipswich, Peterlee, Romford, Sheffield and Smethwick.
